I contacted Steve and got a reply the next day, the email : Hi Sam, Thanks for your order and sorry to make you chase it. I was unfortunately away at the end of last week so it wasn't possible to process your order. I am very sorry about this delay and your inconvenience. I will enclose extra sweets with the order and I hope that the pads really impress when they arrive. I will have them sent in the next post which is Monday for arrival Tuesday with you.
