Cheers in advance Longer cranks do mean more leaverage, but you can sacrifice some speed. The usual rule is 160/165mm cracks for mods and 170/175mm cranks for stocks, but this depends on gear ratios and personal preferance. wozz Posted August 30, 2011 Author Report Share Posted August 30, 2011 The reason i ask is because one of my cranks are screwed so i need new so was just wondering is i managed to get my hands on a cheap 170mm wether that would be too big.
