extremedougie
Basically i just bought a new frame and new cranks for it, i need the freewheel off the old frame/cranks to use on the new frame but the cranks on the old frame are threaded therefor i can not get them off to get the freewheel off... I have tried to hammer the cranks off but they wont budge, has anyone got any idea how i could get them off? cheers
Alex Dark
Motorbike flywheel puller ... check your local dealership, or try a motorfactors.
Blake
try putting an adjustable between the BB cub and the crank, then lever it off.

ogre
lubricate the crank/bb interface, use penetrating oil/wd40 etc and be very generous. also, hit it harder.
