Non Disc Forks

Pace forks will most likely be alloy, in this case welding on a disc mount might not be the best idea. Due to having to heat treat it and the fact that it will probably never be as strong.

Along the lines of bolt on things, I have never seen or heard of one for the front.

If they are the 3-piece Pace forks, not the regular bladed style ones, I'm pretty sure they did a disk brake mount clamp for them, which was intergrated into one of the dropouts. I'm not 100% sure as it was a long time ago since I last saw some.

As always, best bet is to call Pace. They should be able to sort you out :)

Edit - I know these are the new Carbon forks, but I'm sure Pace would be able to change the dropout on yours, for a small cost.
