Which brand of loctite? How much? Did you clean away any grease first?

Loctite works perfectly, you just have to do it right

It was a dear one. Corish dad gave it us. Its a VW engine locktight for the bolts. so its pretty good shit.

Would soldering work.

And Corish has used it. and it wo perfect for him.

Scotty

If it didnt work, you didnt do it right. Make sure you clean all the threads properly with petrol or something before applying it, and apply a small amount to the lockring, then screw it on and wait for around 30 mins until riding again.

Has worked fine for me loads of times matey

Got mine welded up on tuesday, seems to have done the trick... I assembled it using Dax wax hair stuff (to keep the bearings in) and i think its got all through it .... :(

A question ACS related to save making a new topic: Do profiles use leaf springs like ACS freewheels? If so are they any stronger, AND if they are will the have the wee bit that goes into the whole to keep it in place?
