Stephen Morris Posted June 27, 2005 Report Share Posted June 27, 2005 Hello everybody, It's my father-in-law's birthday soon, and my girlfriend's family are hoping to get him a fairly decent, yet simple to use, point and click digital camera. My knowledge of cameras is very basic, and my girlfriend's family know even less. With a budget of £100 - £200, they're looking for a camera with a big enough LCD screen so that the withering eyes of the older gentleman can still see what's going on. They're also hoping for a picture quality of at least 3 mega pixels, it must be easy to use and have a memory stick/card or space for one. If it doesn't come with a memory card, then the budget of £200 would need to include one, but I'm presuming they do all come with one. The camera doesn't need to have any video capabilities since he already has a mini dv camcorder. Any help, links, recommendations and suggestions are welcome. Thanks, Stephen.
