Freewheel

Are thay any good.

Not the best of freewheel, Seeing as they are not trials specific, I would recommend a tensile one, seeing as they are sealed bearing and have 60 points of engagement, if you are worrying about your gear ratio being too high, just get the 18 tooth tensile freewheel and get a 13 tooth rear sprocket.

Sorted (Y)

Most bike shops could get in an ACS Claw in 16t for you. There are quite a few still around (Y)

The White Industries singlespeed freewheel would be a better option though; sealed bearing, two sets of 6 pawls, thicker driveshell, spares easily available, etc. They cost about 4x the amount of an ACS Claw (So around £50 or so), but they're worth every penny :)
