Mike Beck Posted December 16, 2006 Report Share Posted December 16, 2006 find a dirty river/lake etc and dip the disk in and ride around with the brake on (as much as can be applied without going over the bars lol) for about 2-3 mins and then leave it for a bit and ride around some more with it on.
