However I could see it meaning £50 tensioner death if you miss a sidehop.Mine's been fine with the mech hanger on, it's hard to hit anyway and even when you do it's so slim it doesn't seem to do much. I absolutely twatted mine the other night and it's only very slightly bent the hanger. Ash-Kennard Posted January 3, 2007 Report Share Posted January 3, 2007 i have a pro 2 and a rohloff, i don't use the mech hanger, i just bolt it straight to the frame, but because my frame is gay (echo control) it has a big know sticking out of the frame so the tensioner has to be run near vertical, which is very gay. I have now sorted out a new hanger (mine was f**kered) and im going to try running it normally.mr prawn has a rohloff and a king, and bolts it to the frame, so that can be done Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
