Mine is ALWAYS in my bedroom when i am not riding. As for the car. Is he insured fully comp ? If so claim it off your insurance.Dan........................ People like that will leg it as soon as they see a camera, unless they really are w*nkers and they smash the camera too. Your best bet is to put up a camera and keep your bike inside.
