You can have a go on other peoples bikes and see how theirs feels but because its an entirely different bike its not really something that you can compare directly against your own. Maybe ask friends to swap stems with you mid-ride so you can try them out as its a relatively easy process to swap tems over.Your generally going to have to go with what feels most comfortable to you though.
