basher Posted May 9, 2007 Report Share Posted May 9, 2007 I have just got a vee set up after listening to ali go on about them time after time everytime hes out i thought f**k it ill give them ago as maggies are a load of grief and my brake frooze twice in winter. But it isn't cheap to get one set up especially if your going to buy everything new. I would say look on forum for some cheap arms like avid sd5's and get a good cheap lever, because the other stuff like adaptors and backings arnt cheap. Your looking at 30 squids for some new adaptors from heatsink and 15 squids for backing from heatsink and thats without pad material.
