ManxTrialSpaz Posted May 24, 2007 Report Share Posted May 24, 2007 I seriously doubt you'd get an effective trials bike by use of a bmx. you'd practically need ot buy a new bike to get it to work alrightish and even then the frame would be a pile of poo. It will not ride like any of the modern bikes, but will give you a good indication as to whether you are suited to the sport.This is how Trials started, people MODing their bikes for learning techniques ready to use in Motorbike Trials, this then caught on and Monty started making bikes specifically for Trials.
