  1. I disagree, i've had my koxx for 5 - 6 years now and its still as strong as anything even after being off 12ft walls! I cracked 3 echos though and a megamo and a pace... Koxx = good!
  2. How the hell did you end up doing that..?! I cant work out whether you've come off the bus stop or done something mental over the rail?
  3. HA HA HA - i loved the 'super mario style 1UP' from the brakes at 2:41 (maybe thats just me...?) nice riding! Keep it up
  4. Im listening to the breaks version of smack my bitch up, cant get any better than some dirty breakbeat!
  5. To be completely honest with you i used to smoke the old green stuff and smoke fags as well as some other things - i've managed to complete the task of quitting all that though and feel its about time to repair the damage i've done to my body over the last 4 or 5 years. I always used to be healthy and fit but you know, people can get carried away sometimes. It's not like i regret it though - its been an experience but its time to grow up. So basically im trying to get healthy, improve my stamina and yeah overall i would like to increase my size quite a bit. I only weigh 10 stone at the moment but im hoping i can get that up to around 12 1/2 maybe 13 - but in the right way. Quitting smoking is the best thing i've ever done though i feel so much more energetic and healthy - not to mention the savings...
  6. Yeah i did wonder that.... I always start off on the treadmill though to get myself warmed up and always have to finish with a nice relaxing swim - perhaps i can cut down some of the stuff inbetween. I normally last about 2 hours before im completely screwed from start to finish. I'll give it a go and see how it turns out. I was just concerned that i wasnt aching but if thats because im getting used to it then thats all ok with me Cheers for the advice...
  7. I suppose it does make sense. I never ride these days but i used to be able to every single day without aching but the last time i did go out it absolutely killed me. I suppose consistency is the key.
  8. Hello to all... Errrm well i just started going to the gym as of early last week - all is going well... However when i first started naturally i pushed myself as hard as i could and felt the effects of it the next day, aching all over and feeling that i've torn into my muscles. Even over the last week i've felt my stamina constantly improve and im able to push harder and for longer which is nice. But, last night for instance, i pushed myself so hard that i could barely move afterwards and couldnt finish my reps (which im told your supposed to do) yet i feel no aching at all today, not the slightest bit.....? Im just wondering why that is? I do a load of cardio on the treadmills, cycling and rowing machines, then some resistance work outs followed by a set of weights and some push ups, to finish off with a swim in the pool. I would of thought the more i push myself the more i would feel it the next day? As far as i am aware if i dont ache the next day - then i havent done it properly...? Any advice...? Cheers.

  10. Think i might show my face for this one. I quite enjoyed the last one although my level of skill has somewhat dropped. God damn it appealled to my last time we had a ride in norwich how really crap i am these days - its disappointing. So in respect to that i'll be there in the dire attempt to regain some "skills" HA HA, Stu
  11. wohoo dandly hooo! Im coming back from the barracks on thursday so i think i may well try and get my ass up there for this ride. I'll be on the beloved and trusty levelboss as usual. Trust me though, my skills have definately gone down the drain from which some of you may of remebered from back in the day. I'll see if this old dog cant teach some of you lot some new tricks though Take care guys. Margie i've got all the videos and stuff on my external HDD and some cd's if you want them. I can see the date has been arranged but what about a meeting point? I would normally suggest outside the train station, being a point of interest its easy to find and theres a big car park close to it that i think is about £4 - £5 for the entire day, suggestions.......? Stu
  12. So from what i've gathered its probably best just to go for the intended mobile internet option like vodafone offer....? A 3G modem that plugs into the laptop and can offer "broadband" like speed. http://www.vodafonebusinessshop.co.uk/USBModem.html Im thinking im gonna pop into the local vodafone shop down town and get some proper information for the questions i have. Thanks to you all anyway. Stu
