Yea you buy it its an abrasive pad. You know those green things for scrubbing pots and pans? It looks like that but red/gray and is courser for rubbing down paint to give it a good key.

PowerDVD is made by cyberlink and has never been free as far as i know. But it certainly is the best pc dvd software ive tried. Using WMP for dvds is awfull.
