Strip it down and clean it all up and look at the rachet ring inside the hub. Check that the teeth are still in good condition. If not a trip back to hope mite be in order (Y)

Which skin are you using? All seams to be working fine here :o Was it uploading to your own personal gallery or one of the public ones? Found out this is a reported bug me thinks. Seams it only happens when you use upload image in the drop down box. If you view a gallery of yours and then click new image it works fine :o Ill try get it sorted ASAP
