if your bike has suspension you could try and find some rigids, and also lower the seat right down or fit a try all (or similar) mini plastic seat.

thats a nice frame i would go for canondale fatty forks or ashton as they are very similar to the fattys

they are nice bike ny mate has one and it rides realy nicely im not sure about the length though

it took me so long to get pedal kicks dialled to be honest practise is the only real way and dont be afraid to lean back alot
