Don't know if this is any good to you, but there was one on ebay recently, with forks and a CK hub I think.... have a look here No-one bought it, and it looks pretty tidy..... Dan

I am! Against Government road charging
-
Thanks for all comments indeed! I shall be attending a few next year on this

Right, thanks for replies. Still not sure if I understand ( :$ ), but would it be ok to.... clamp the freewheel remover tool in the vice, then place the crankarm/freewheel on the tool (slots on tool into freewheel etc). Could I then use the crankarm as leverage to get it off? As for the bolt idea, do I pass a bolt through the crank hole from the front of the crankside, from the back (i.e. the side the freewheel is bolted to)? thanks

Anyone fancy this Wednesday around te Kingston(ish) area? Got a uni thing at 2 (grrr why did I volunteer ) Could meet up around 4?

Fletch had them on his old Belaey....looked pimp

Are you thinking this Tuesday? I might struggle to make it this week...coursework and all that. Why can't we have it on different nights each week? There's obviously sufficient interest. We could do with some sort of contact group.... Just thinking if we are at the same place every week at same time and day, local's may get wise yeah?? next problem, where are all these places? :$ lol I'm coming up from down near Guildford. I could jump on a train which is on portsmouth - Waterloo line; or I can drive if there's sufficient parking and it's not inside the Congestion charge area.... Could someone be so kind as to have a look for me?! thanks

black with stainless, and silver hubs
-
I can do Wednesday's, or Friday's. Possibly any of the other days in the week, but definately NOT sundays lol
-
Sv-2 on Ebay I think the Sv-1's have more ventilation and a different finish, but they're virtually the same...
-
Here for sv-2's or here for sv-1's I've just got the sv-1's, and they are dead good. I would say they are worth the money, but £75 for ANY pair of shoes is alot of money, especially ones that you'll only use once in a while...

Searched but no luck. I want to get a freewheel removal tool for my eno. Tarty's do this one is it good? OR should I buy a White Industries one? if so, where!? also, people metion about bolting the removal tool to the freewheel, what exactly do they mean? Does anyone have a pic of it bolted? thanks Dan

I'm interested! I'm at uni in Kingston, havn't ridden there yet, but could do pretty much any night.....

Top vid, top looking venue Soooo wanna ride there...

MBK are officially the sex! That colour is sooo nice Nice looking bike, what were your reasons for 22-18 (?) gearing?
-
No way! Look forward to seeing yours then I nearly went monty forks, but urbans are 55 off of select - can't argue with that! Nope, the maggy mounts are still designed for 25" rims, but I have someone who would probably make adaptors should I ever want to go maggy power (not likely ) I've always liked the monty's, I was promised one if I finished in the top 5 in youth moto nationals few yaers back - only made 7th lol Geo is good, one of main reasons for choosing it: 1080wb, +25bb, 390 chainstays (measured mine at 385 though ) Dunno if Belaey moving had much to do with it, I was waiting for that KB replica frame to come out, with the carbon top tube, and that had the same geo as this has. Not really, or not so I've noticed. Tarty's did the wheel build, so it's pretty solid. My last bike was dual disc, I've always found maggy's a bit 'snatchy'. I prefer a bit more modulation, for my style of riding anyway. ^^^RAMBLE!!! ^^^^^^ footage coming soon...... Dan
-
Thanks for comms guys. Yeah the new hope is awesome, feels so comfy. Need to bed the pads in a bit more, but has loads of bite and modulation. Keep em coming!

Finally, got it finished today, taken me a few weeks or so to get built. Should've taken the pics before I went out on it, and should've put effort in, but meh...... Spec: Monty 231 ti frame...soooo mint! Echo Urban forks Echo Control Stem Monty ti bars Tensile Optimum cranks Eno back wheel: fixed echo 6 speed on tryall rim, front wheel: bt front brake: 06 hope mono trial 180 rear brake: 07 mono trial caliper 180 with 07 mono moto lever (thanks to Tarty Adam ) custom cassette KMC chain (already snapped the split link clip lol) SRAM shifter and sunrace mech (should i put more tension in it?) VP pedals Renthal (ish) grips TRYall stiky tires and tapes, maxxis tubes Need that tensile bash! comments good or bad appreciated (although I'm not that fussed, cos I damn love it! So much easier than the old megamo) Dan

Just checked, they only have the 20t. thanks for your help, phoned tart's today, and put one on pre-order for next week.
-
Sorry should have said, it's this one and the bottom bracket is a shimano one EDIT: Must be an FSA platinum one then thanks again
-
HI Seeing as Tarty's are out of tensile bashrings, are they any other shops out there that sell them? Tried trialshop.co.uk If not, can anyone recommend anything similar / better? Other problem, my isis bb is a bit stiff, it's supposedly a virtualy new one, and i doubt anything's broken. Do I need to remove and grease something? Or just ride the damn thing and let it bed in?.... thanks
