My echo cranks curve out a bit but not sure if its more the middleburns, have you got a 128mm bottom bracket? if you have there shouldnt really be a problem, you could get a 38mm rear rim to like a ronnie to give you more clearence.

sarcasm! i think you have to buy a special try all hub to work with this frame so it will be about a grand in the end.
