my coust were always silent even on the back but still hold well, a booster usually takes some of the vibration away so less noise. i don't mind the noise on the back but not on the front it to annoying

Im using coust pads on the front with a harsh grind it works great and its silent to.

you can run a mech on them , my mate did he got chain tugs with a mech hanger attached. he had a profile on hes to but it broke and the people at profile said the hub cant take the forces of a 26" wheel. i would go front freewheel with that frame.

Yeah the same thing happened to me with the echo cranks but after 5 months and i got a new set under warranty.

he probably made the original valve hole into a big square to save weight then put the valve on the seam where he couldn't make a big hole because it would split.

I would love to have that bike but before he drilled a million holes in it.

I can see what people are trying to say about size don't matter and it true sometimes but size does make a difference. that's why you have weight divisions in boxing, if 2 guys of equel skill have a fight one 6 foot and 10 stone and the other 6 foot 6 and 18 stone the lighter guys gonna be in trouble.
