  5. Went to MK before for a ride, one big let down!! Built in a day entirely for skateborders it seemed, most ledges had metel edges or had been waxed so much you thought it had been booked into a beauty salon!!! I did think the skate park by the bus station was the best place in MK, not joking either. No disrespect to people that live / ride there... Just looked really fancy but nowhere descent to ride...
  6. You'd have to put that question to someone that ride 20" & 26"????
  7. http://img2.freeimagehosting.net/image.php?4991aed088.jpg] Like that? Excuse the state of the rusted chain, have one on order from tartybikes... EDIT: Excuse the size of image as well..................

  9. Hi Guys, Riding Oxford yesterday bunny hopped onto a curb followed by a stoppie and yes went over the bars! (managed to jump clear of bike so no pain involved!) but the bike twisted underneath me and came down heavily onto the rear mech... Didn't snap it but when bending it back it did... Anyway, went to this bike shop called BikeZone or something like that by the covered market (absolute rubbish they are!) they said "Yeah, thats a special mech hanger. Might have to phone saracen to get them to order you one..." It was one of those moments where you want to say "yeah mate!? come back when you know about bikes" but i refrained from that & left knowing we'd make it work somehow... Anyway, went to a hardware store & got a big bolt. (same size as the Hope Pro 2 ones) took the mech hanger off and took out the bolt from the Pro2, put the screw through the mech then into the Pro2 and tightened it up, looks nice, less to hit and i'm sure ten times stronger... Hope this helps people? ... lol .... Get it? Hope this helps.... Ahhh pure class!
  10. bump. we'll be out anyway in Oxford, look for us as we'll be there if those are coming unannounced....
  11. My Zoo Rider bar's are 29" and there well nice to ride with. I guess its each to their own but i feel i have more control with wide bars and my power moves are better... maybe it has something to do with how far your shoulders muscle are apart for big moves??? (dont quote me im not a doctor!)
  12. depends what frame you getting and colour wise? Always nice to have some funky colour scheme!! look on www.tartybikes.co.uk for some cool headsets, got loads of different makes in there and if you willing to spend a fiver more well worth it!!

  21. Hello people, I had a thought , how easy would it be to make your own pads? Would it be possible somehow to contact the suppliers of the rubber and order a huge block, Then you could simply cut bits off and use glue or sumin to stick it to a magura backing... let me know, cheers. Dan
