Shipping is a problem but then building new factorys with new machines etc closer to home would be just as damaging to resources. And it would cause problems to those countrys that rely on exporting goods to make money. Driving to a comp isn't so bad really, you want to go you go. If however you also drive down to the local shop when you could just as easily walk or drive to work when the train would do then thats a problem. To be honest i think trials riding isn't a great evil in the world of engery saving and the enviroment. Try talking to people about things that would make a bigger difference, turning off unused lights, and not leaving the tv on stand by, unp[lugging phone chargers when they aren't being used, those would probably do a lot more for the enviroment then people stopping driving to the infrequent comps!

Well I don't mind I find it rather entertaining! Thanks for the advice though. Can't wait for my post to arrive with the freewheel in so i can see if it fits or if i will be paying out for a new bb!

I am building up my gorgeous mod bike and think i may have encountered a problem. I am trying to run a tryall freewheel (which according to another thread on here is 29mm wide) and monty square taper cranks on a 122.5x68 vp bb. With the crank on the bb there appears to only be a 20mm gap for the freewheel to fit in, between the start of the threads and bb shell. This is somewhat to small! Surely if i was to get a 127.5x68 bb it would only be gaining 2.5mm so would it still be too small? Am i missing something, prehaps those freewheel measurements are 10mm too big (here's hoping!!) Thanks for any advice, my blokey is useless with mods!!! xxx

Ahh my poor baba Oli *snuggle* 1) Girl just split from a guy so will be messed up not sure how it ended to possibly feeling rejected etc so at the time any male attention seems great because it means your not a complete looser! Although looking back she will probably regret anything that happened with that guy so be happy he wasn't you! 2) If you are good mates with stevie then yeah chat to her, although don't think she will be able to give you all the answers just because they are sisters doesn't mean they always know what is going on in the other ones head. 3) Basic advice give it time. If she has just split up pouncing on her will not get you very far, one night if you are lucky and no more. Just be a mate until she is ready to move on maybe drop some subtle hints but only subtle ones at the moment!

Jewelery is good for gf if you know what they like. If you don't do not bother nothing worse then getting a gold necklace or something when you only wear silver. Other things handbags rock as presents! Or if she likes a tv show like Sex in the City/Friends/Scrubs etc box set dvds are always a major winner (not cheap though!) Cute pink things, Hello Kitty, etc works for me! But not all girlys go for that. Or you could just try asking her!

everyone who rode mine at the portsmouth ride yesterday instantly wanted one! tehy all said it rode incredibly and felt really light and flicky and no barge like! even tic doesnt think its long, and hes a hobbit it REALLY does rock rowan, everyone who has a ride on one wants one. literally. ill come to bristol real soon for a blast if you fancy it

Kennards up to front wheel looks typically sketchy Also an addition for when you next head to spice island, the pub Spice Island Inn does brilliant steak and their fish with the fish and chips is the size of a whale!
