  1. hey, does anybody know whether the people who make BT Raven bikes have a website? Thanks
  2. i'm sure people keep asking this question!! use the search mate
  3. yes, 22 on the front and 18 on the rear. It ride awesome, nice and snappy but can still get some speed up
  4. i'm 18 and i ride a 05 or 06 (not sure) spec 2 t-rex suits me well but i think i'll be better on a frame with a higher bb possibly but at the moment its spot on
  5. 20", CLS, or Benito 26", Vincent Hermance or Marc Vinco or Neil Tunni
  6. yeah single speed all the way, i was geared until xmas, and i bought a surley sprocket, gusset bachelor, hope spacers and try-all grips and it's the best thing i've bought for my bike my bike is soo quiet now as well, no chain slapping my frame and everthing is tucked out of the way which gives you the confidence to try bigger side-hops without thinking your going to destroy your mech if you don't make it. O just thort i'd say i use 22-18 and its just perfect for me but maybe when i get a bit better i'll move to 22-16 for that bit extra power when gapping.
  7. hey, just wondered what gets people in the mood to ride, for me its watching trials video's and the drive to get better. What's yours??
  8. i was wondering about this as well, i couldn't find anything in the search about but i reckon you're going to need t tensioner like the Rohloff one because of the varying chain length if someone could post the topic up where this was discussed i would be greatful.
  9. shredded my shins to peices, (know wear shin guards ) sprained my rear brake finger, so far been lucky but something's bound to happen now i've said that!
  10. i want to concentrate on pedal ups as mine are pretty poor at the moment, sidehops, and general control and balance.
  11. I got parts for singlespeed for crimbo, but i'm gonna get some koxx blues from tarty n grind my rims soon but i am also going to get a pair of Gu levers in silver
  12. Yeah, i used to ride at trials same as james when i was into motorbike trials big time i didn't know him but he was there at places like elton n shizzle, i also used to know alexz, micheal and lee to say ayup to and i nearly bought lee's beta off him just as he got sponsered by John Lampkin but i stopped cus i wasn't progressing and them guys just took off! Wished i stayed now! ahh well, it must've meant to be.
  13. yeah, i agree about the tension but i can't believe Dougie's last few sections! He pretty much had it in the bag and then he messed it up ah well at least it wasn't a world round otherwise he would've been even more gutted!
  14. No, i mean the world indoor trials that was at the hallam fm arena last night Marc Vinco was riding in the interval and was amazing
  15. anyone go to sheffield last night? If, so what you reckon to the new layout?
  16. Tarty Bikes, they'll have everything you need, go on their website or give them a ring and they will be able to advise you on what bike will be best for you.
  17. 3ft at the moment but getting there
  18. hey, i am the same except i am right footed and hop to the right, i am trying to learn hopping left but it feels very wierd but i think its one of them things you're best learning both ways then you'll be able to side hop that way if you have to.
  19. hey, I am keen to get into doing some short video's of trials but i am an absolute newbie when it comes to this, the most i have done is a few video's on my phone of myself, so as you can imagine they are very rubbish quality and rubbish angles. What I want to know is what camcorder's do you recommend and editing software? Like i say i have never done anything like this before so i do not want anything complicated to start with. I don't have a budget because i'll just save up until i have enough money for the equipement you all recommend. Thanks very much
