on the update front for piercings unfortunately my apadrvya is no more
, but i hav my lip pierced now, an still have 2 in my frenum ladder an planning another 3 more lol, i also had my tongue pierced horizontally, but cldnt eat properly, so it had 2 come out , it waz v kool though

Hey, i didn't want to make a whole new topic, but i had my tragus pierced about 6 week ago, and it has been fine until recently.
There is a red spot to the left of the piercing, and im not sure what it is
Does anyone know what it is and how to prevent it?

m8 it could be a keloid, if it is an alcohol wipe shld help clear it, but best 2 get advice from ur body piercer

shouldn't hurt much at all, just a second or so, my advice would be to say u can't take it out an say u have a minor infection, (even if u don't) , so if u take it out an the infection heals inside u can get septisemia (blood poisoning) and they wouldn't wanna be responsible 4 that (as people can die from it (in extreme cases)

Ok so i want to get both my ear's pierced and then tunnled if you know what i mean.
I don't have them pierced at the moment and i was wondering how long after 1st getting them done would i have to wait till i can get my 1st tunnel put in?
I want somthing like this in both ears..
Thats a 6mm tunnel...but i'm not sure i want to go that big maybe only 4mm?
Let me know on like after care and so on. I have been reading up on it alot like leave it about 1-2months beofre each strech and like how it is easier in the shower/bath and so on.
Some pictures of yours would be kool also just to get some more ideas on what i want hehe.

Thinking about getting my lip done aswell...under the bottom lip to the left..Anybody had this done? Whats the pain factor on the bad boy? and also what do they look like on a person in reality..i mean i seen a few people but not actually spoke about it...im thinking about either a ring or just a stud not reall sure...Opinions?

+1I know a guy with a pocketed bar in his arm; it's the most ridiculus thing I've ever seen, and it got ripped out in a hardcore metal club. Ha.
but surely thats his choice, maybe he thinks its cool, maybe there's things about u people may think is ridiculous

its not an in thing because its been around for thousands of years, body modification is the oldest tarde there is
So if I wanted a flesh tunnel, I would start off with a standard piercing? Then have it stretched. How long does each stage take how do you know when it's properly healed to raise it another level?see a professional piercer, they should be able to guide u along the way

30mm bar in my arm and 12mm bar behind my ear, an soon to get pocketing, doesn't hurt

just going from what i'm told by a professional thats all, its crazy what can be done, the 2 pierce pocket method is intersting an i've seen a surface to single pocket type version aswell, i myself will be getting pocketing done quite soon, update, last piercing- frenum, abit tender an power moves on my bike and cold weather not such a good thing for it, but oh well!!! but no pics lol

not quite, pocketing is when you get a bar and it sits in two pockets across your skin. sort of like an anti-piercing.

true but pocketing isn't a curved bar of metal its like a flat bar with recessed (lower) ends that sit at an angle away from the bar , it'd be to much trauma to have the pocketing tucked back under the bar itself, and a staple is just a shape of bar so it can be used in a surface piercing, but there are many forms of piercing an pocketing, so my arm piercing is a surface type with a staple (shaped bar), an from your pics of a 'staple' that would just fall out lol

well said from some people, thats what im trying to send the message across about pierces and high-end jobs, feels like you have limited choices if you have pierces.......
but surely its up 2 the individual, an this thread is about piercings not whether you like them or not. so if u have an opinion (same for si-man) voice it somewhere else
