Joel... I was on my mates account when I posted that and I forgot lol, I think that it looks sexy black so paint it black properly and make it look all sparkley and new again... If I don't end up getting a new frame I think I'll get my T-mag powder coated black, that way it will be harder to chip it when i bail and stuff lol CJ.. don't use fades or anything like that, I think it makes the bike look tacky!! Stick to one simple colour or your bike will look s**t!! IMO anyway lol

I would advise either ZOO riser bars, Echo tough bars which are flat, or monty riser bars... CJ..

Yeah mine is a two-stroke..that was the main reason I got rid of my thumpstar, it really really did my head in lol, we tried every design on ebay and it chewed straight through it!!! . My dad has an R1 and I just told him about your bro's 450f, he said it might beat one off the line but it wouldn't be in front for long lol... CJ..

Listen to this guy he knows what he's talkind about lol, my yz 85s fast as foooooook, the main thing that went wrong when I had my thumpstar was the chain slider!!!! I bought it second hand and when I took off the chain slider, the chain had cut right through it into my swinging arm!! I was gutted! My chinese pit bike 110 was better than my thumpstar, I had it about 5 months before I got my thumpstar and it never broke down once!! CJ..

Well I got mine from the local bus stop.. lol, there are different sections to the bus stop and they are joined with tar, get your keys or something else sharp and prize some up. It will be hard, it will still go onto your rim but not as good so what I did was... I cut it down to a smallish block which would fit into an egg cup, placed it in the egg cup and heated it up using a plumbers blow torch.. Left it to cool then prized it out and it was and still is mint tar for applying to rims... Hope this helps CJ..

Hi, I used to have a cheap chinese one, then I got a Thumpstar the same as the one above. To be honest it was s**t, they are no good whatsoever off road because of the size of the wheels. I sold it and got a Yamaha YZ 85 and to be honest it is awesome!! My advice to you if you're wanting an off road bike would be a proper motocross bike... you will regret getting a pit bike, mine broke down every time I rode it!!! CJ..

Hi mate, very very sorry to hear about it, I can't do with w***ers that can't afford their own bikes so nick other peoples!!! Really pisses me off to hear of people to have them stolen!!! My mate had his BMX nicked from outside Aire Valley Cycles and that was his life and soul lol, he didn't get that back but keep up the hope!!!!!! Make sure you teach the little c**t not to touch your bike again when you find him!!! Ask around at school, whether anyone knows anything about it... get pally with the biggest chav in your year or something but don't tell him you had a bike nicked and see if he knows anything about it... Eyup Shaunus, when I had my Armourdillo on my bike it was dry weather and whenever I took it off, my frame and the armourdillo were both slightly wet. Anyway, trials bikes are made for taking hammer lol, when it gets damaged, it might look a little bit tatty yeah and people think it looks s**t but if you put protection all over it, all you see is that!!! I think that some dints look better than a load of protection thats why I took mine off lol. CJ..

Hi all, thanks for all of your help but I think I may have got to the bottom of the problem!!! My bike has (had) onza lite Guys on it, when I first bought the bike I took out the forks to grease up the headset and noticed that there was something near the bottom of the steerer tube which looked like glue. I thought they had been bodged by the last owner but thought, no, no-one would be that stupid surely!!?? Well, I was again trying to resolve the problem of the wobbly headset in my shed last night, but as I was tightening it, it was getting looser and looser!!! This had me scratting my head now, I was getting annoyed!! . All of a sudden, my front end went light and my forks, without the steerer tube, hit the floor!!! You must be able to change the steerer tube in lite guys and when I had been tightening the headset, it was uplling the steerer tube out of the top of the forks. I can't see any reason why anyone would need to change a steerer tube so I think that design is a stupid and dangerous one. I have today ordered some Echo lite forks from the guys at Tartybikes and they said they should be here for tomorrow..!! Some useful information for you lot if you run with lite guys, use a headlock that goes to the bottom of the steerer tube like the one below, then there is no pressure pulling it out of the forks. Hi Jake, I have a Tmag and that rides really nice but I would recomend the 07 Tcomp as it is basically an 06 Tpro, but blue, and they ride really nice. I wouldn't get an 07 Tpro as they don't have hs33s like they used to, they have downgraded them for some reason! Hope I helped CJ..
