well a heavy duty tube could be the way to go but even bashers get punctures with them i should know. so itsteads of fixing tubes all the time and using heavy duty i thought its time you change my technique and be smooth! took my time but now i use a shit tube and hardly get puntures. so a change in technique would take a while but is uch better in the long run.

Hammering the dent out might just make it weaker, just liek on a rim when you hammer out a dent. so i think the best idea would be to leave it. i have a couple dents in my frame from sidehops and its going on strong now, well over a year.

The echo headset will be the reason your still over 10kg, try a new one lol.

Yo guys well im hopefully going to have lots of money, and im going to go up with my best mate, whose moving to bristol just have 2days with him and ride a bit. i wanted to see if anyone would be up for riding its half term for all the schools boys so hopefully its doable. matt
