hi guy's, ive had a monty freewheel for a little while and have not been pleased with it, a few of my mates have said open it and give it a clean or tighten the lock ring neither i don't have a clue how to do or what really the lockring is, please could i have a bit off help Thanks Matt ( Yes i have used the WIKI and i can't see anything)

i had one and wasn't really pleased, it was strong but it loved to skip, im gonna get a try-all , nearly twice the engadgments ( as you can see my spelling is not to good :$ )

Right this is gonna sound crazy but my mate has a pair of rock pads ( the grind blue ones ) on a vertually smooth grind ( he grinded it a long time ago ) with tar and they are amazing, i fid the are bett er tahn my rock pads which are on a grind, up to you as i say try them and if you ever go for a grind you will alreardy have the best pads in th biz

why is there such a little amount of pad?

i totally agree i had a monty rim folded and crack within 6 months, these will fold like paper, you may as well use plastic ( rims look cool though )

go for the plastic backing one's, two of my m8's have the ( one with plastic and one with cnc'd ones ) out of the two the plastic seem to better and their cheaper!!!!!!!!

if you want strong get an echo rim, theyr'e also in some new colours

Tom told me to buy some after feeling his they are amazing, the bite and hold , his performance is amazing on a dead grind with tar so imagine what mine are like!!!!! ( love them)
