  1. I have one, whats wrong with a silver one though? lol they do the same job, or spray it yellow.
  2. That is lush mate, what is the rim tape? looks groovy. Bit to much orange maybe but I like it all the same. Very nice, hope it rides well.
  3. Defonatly get the parts, you get exactly what you want that way and sometimes it works out cheaper
  4. Couple more, from the weekend and tonight. Comments please. http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/1351996/ http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/1351995/ http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/1351994/
  5. Hex. But im guessing you dont want the Xen, otherwise I would of said get that Adam. Josh
  6. You are correct, It is the one Damon Watson was selling.
  7. Friend of mine bought one a few months back and has only just got it built, and it looks lush aswell but his is all black with silver cranks. They ride quite nice in my opinion I really like the design of them.
  8. How much is your head worth??? Get a Xen, or any giro really they are all good from what I have heard and read about them. I have a xen and its a good fit, comfortable and it doesnt annoy me or put me off at all, they are well worth the money. You cant put a price on your head.
  9. http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/1345791/ http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/1345790/ http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/1345789/ http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/1345788/ http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/1345787/ Comments welcome good or bad, if you leave bad comments though let me know what you think is wrong. x x
  10. pr, absolutly love mine. Rides great, really flicky and alot less expensive then the zoo! Plus the monty is different, its not like everything else on the market, long low and silver.
  11. I started riding on one. Loved the bike and how it felt, hated the cranks and chain ring. Chain ring bent every week at least once and crank arm would bend. The bolts fell out once, thredded themselves somehow and cranks fell off. And I know it was not that I had got an odd one because a friend had one and the same happend to him, chain ring bent, ended up catching frame and it snapped in the end. All after a few month.
  12. Get one, I would 110% recomend them. I kind of started on a 26" and went to a monty and found it small but not bad at all. Feels nice and flicks around easy. There is one small downfall however, they are weak. Well, old montys are weak, I am presuming they have improved the frames alot. I would defonatly say get one though, they are great bikes and well worth the money.
  13. I am exactly 6foot 1" and I ride a new monty pr, used to ride an x-lite. Was really short but loved it. I would defonatly recomend looking at a 26" though maybe gu or adamant ect because I am now debating if I should swap as the monty does feel abit small.
  14. I havnt really thought about quitting, i find trials to much fun to give in. I wouldnt know what to do with my time if i didnt ride my bike I have thought about it once because once you get to a certain level you have rode everything you can in our town. But i just keep the faith that I will pass my test asap and be able to go different places, untill then I just have to get over it and do the same old stuff over and over. Dont quit, get a job or dont ride a crotch rocket
  15. Danny Mac was on the aol homepage yesterday I think it was, maybe the day before.
  16. Chain snapping, break slipping. Both have happend alot, both will happen again probably, I just try to have confidence in my bike, get a good chain, set your brake up and trust it. That is all you can do. Stuff will break, you will hurt yourself, its all part of the fun x
  17. I suppose it can be amusing some times. I still think members shouldnt post in NMC, if the think the topic is pointless then dont bother. x
  18. I would defonatly buy one of those, what is the website you made it on though?
  19. I agree, members who have been validated and love it so much keep posting in new members saying it is rubbish. Stay in members area and dont post on these 'pointless, rubbish, annoying' topics and then you will stay smiling and not have to put up with it all.
  20. Really like that sam, didnt think the colours would go from your old bike when mark told me about it. It looks really nice though colours go well
  21. Same here, feels better in my opinion.
  22. Really nice bike, I have seen an aorta in real life not long ago and they look great. As everyone is saying though, would probably look better with a gold headset, but its not all about looks.
