Rite, Tonite i found a snap in my KMC kool chain, i was wondering if my bb i have at the moment is too long, causing the chain to be on a angle and put the chain under to much pressure being so far out on a angle? im wondering what would be the shortest bb i can run? and could someone recomend a decent short bb ? Im running; Adamant A3 Frame Truvativ DH BB 128mm GU Cranks Trialtech Sprocket Rear Profile Hub. No Bashring. Help ?

he means bend the springs outwards so the springs are more springy, so unclip them push down on them abit then put em back on and they will give lots more tension

do you have a vice bolted to a bench ? if so do this.. Get your old cog put it in the vice clamp it in very very tight so its crushing the teeth then put a pole on your crank arm about 3ft scafold pole then turn it helps to put abit off WD40 on aswell . Mike
