use diesel its a mineral oil and all that monty and Magura oil is gust mineral oil with a bit of green or blue dye in it wich macks it a bit thicker so your brack isent as charp so yer use a bit of diesel its cheep and feals SO GOOD !! its the same stuff but thiner ie beter hope that helps o yer water it fine iv heard all that shit a bout it f**ks the seals up but i dosent iv use water before and its been fine and all my mates use water and thay love it and its been fine with them uther thay your bracks frezzing up in the winter lol if need be put a bit of deicer that will stop it frezzing lol loz

iv had a Monty 211 t-6 pawl for 2weeks naw and i thnk it sick so good not let me down 1 and i dono why pipe thing ther so shit as it cant cum loss as the the side with normley cums loss on nomel free wheels is on the in side so it up ageanest the crank are of hub wich ever whay your have yours set up and it haz the same engagement points as a chris king and chris kings are 360 pound new and monty free wheels are 39 i no with id go for hears the Description of tarty bikes - Brand new from Monty, as specced on their 2007 221 Ti bike! - Six high quality heat treated steel pawls are offset into groups of three into a tough 36 tooth ratchet, giving 72 engagement points per revolution.
