I'm might not be as well paid as those above but i still try to make a living, also traveling the world, paid to ride thats the dream is it not???? i think in many ways though, alot of riders aren't cut out for doing that, the marts as well as riders are ENTERTAINERS! and that is also how i like to think of myself! in a way! to the public! Take this for example, your at a demo you don't know the place very well your entertaining the public in city centre your quite happy comentating and riding, until guys on trials bikes turn up yes they watch the show and don't hurl abuse, its just their presents you know in the back of your mind you do have to try and prove yourself in a way for having that oportunity to be paid! in my mind i go from an entertainer to rider in that instance. If you ask anyone on the team they will say the same. I HOPE

Ok I've Been around for a while and my veiw on sponsorship is..... You Have to be a certain type of person, I believe you have to be willing to promote the company you ride for as well as input ideas to new products(main company sponsorship mostly, no bikeshops). In my sponsorship you have to be able to entertain and educate JO PUBLIC, talk about the sport, again promoting along the way. Be a natural rider, make things look easy, its all well and good going BIG and yes it looks f**king good to us but sometimes a wheely can look as good as a huge as drop gap to again your Average JO, these are things i've learnt alot over the last 3 years riding for MAD, you might not think its a good sponsor but I LOVE IT, (here comes "what MAD does for Trials" Rant) we educate people about OUR sport, we put on big events and competitions, and most the time often than not we get slack! Anyway Riding with mr PORTER the other week and no way can i keep up, hes in his prime, young, dumb and full of cum! You might be one of the best riders in the UK this doesn't mean you should be sponsored. after reading through i've said what most others did but i think i wanted defend myself, i'm not the best rider in the world and I KNOW IT! i think i'm very lucky to have what i have and am thankful! BRING BACK THE DAYS OF ASHTON,HAWSEY,TONGUE,IAN whats his name from raliegh! i dreamnt of being in their positions and i kinda got there! ALSO a LAST INPUT YOU ARE WHO YOU ARE NOT WHAT YOU RIDE!!!! IF YOUR GOOD YOU CAN RIDE ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Doh and now i've just bought a new bulb Cheapish on ebay (brand new aswell!) oh well that'll do had no problem tillrecently with my old one which i've had 3years! got it just after i broke my king got that fixed and sold it straight away!!! i'm sticking with Hope from now on! and before you ask why i'm buying parts its because, Hope don't give us shit so, hey i like HOPE!

my black one cracked on the chainstay within 5 months, now riding the new ones i'm soon gonna be on my third but you have to remember who does 360 spins off 6/7ft every weekend and no front wheel drops thats puts imense pressure on any frame. talk to the guys at saracen they are really sound blokes.

hello, just looked at all the topics about nass 05 and seems everyone is unsure what happening. the jist is me jack and si harvey did a little sketch and worked with all the equipment we've got its gonna be nearly 3x as big as last year! but thats all i'm saying. we've catered for the beginners to the DOWN RIGHT CRAZY! but its a secret hold your horses guys only a couple of weeks to go! :)
