www.thetrialsinshop.com Hello every one At the moment I ride an adamant a3. I have been riding bike trials for a year to this week. And I hate my breaks My breaks now are way too loud and always slip I want to get a bike with dual disk case I hate my rim I am thinking about getting the 2009 echo team frame dual disk. So my question is... Do you think that the frame will be strong and worth it Because my thoughts are, with a frame that incredible light there is no way that it can be very strong and I think it will crack or be really flexy which I here is bad my video riding at 11 months HD My bike

Alright, so I could not find a freewheel removing tool at any of my local bike shops so i made my own. and it actually worked. How To build Supplies a) A solid strong piece of wood b ) 4 long screws c) 1 Hanger Bolt d)Drill e)Pen f) ruler How to build a)make a perfect X on your wood with a pen b ) measure the diameter of your freewheels slots c) divide that number by 2 d) take that length and measure out from the center of the center of the X on all sides e) drill holes at those points f) screw your holes into the drilled sections g) now drill the hanger bold into the center of the X h) now test to see if your freewheel fits on your homemade freewheel remover i) if your screw heads are too big to fit in your freewheel slots just file them down a tiny bit Your final product should look like this Now to use bolt your freewheel on to Homemade Freewheel removing tool and now turn your crank anti-clockwise MAKE SURE YOU USE STRONG WOOD OR THIS WILL HAPEN

Here is a video by Ryan Leech that really help me out with my rear wheel hops. Here is the Link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRLi1U61u4g...ted&search= Try practicing on the rocking to the front and then back on to the rear this one helped me the most. Also make sure your cranks are parallel to the ground.
