as above - what happened to the Dan and Jardo's thread of doom?
-
Oh yeah, so 280bhp in a clio sport is ridiculous as it sounds.
Sounds like it's just about enough to make it interesting
That must be properly fun Looks awesome too.
Oh, and anyone who's watched the 360 video on a computer, try watching it on your phone, it's even more freaky!

Yesterday, I rode my trials bike.
I havn't ridden since last year, so I absolutely expected to be completely and utterly useless.
I wasn't AS useless as I expected to be. Far from great, but far far better than I'd hoped.
This made me happy

In other news, just to annoy Jardine, I quite fancy a 330ci

All good mate! not made contact with anything yet, and if I'm honest, I'd like them to be 20mm deeper now, but maybe next time

I did think about your car Nick... We could maybe leave that one out!
That's my only concern yea Happy to drive others, not so keen on others driving mine. haha. what a twat I am
it's not so much that I don't trust others, but more that it's relatively easy to break. Small innocent off track excursions are likely to ruin the splitter, and ham fisted jardo style throttle application is likely to destroy drive train

I also think we should do a driver and car matrix (everyone drives everyone's car, providing the owner is comfortable with it), its mega fun and you work out who the fastest drivers are
This is a cool idea, but also highly scary

My fiesta got ruined straight from the minute it was dropped off with me. Goes like a champ now after 35k

Are we advising a harsh bed in for stock OE discs and pads here?
Not sure how I feel about that.
I'm not suggesting it's wrong, it's how you should always bed in 'race' type pads, but I'm not sure it's the correct procedure for an OE road pad.

I assume hub nuts are lefty loose and not reverse?
Cars looking awesome Prawn! I demand a lap in it at Curby, if you go! (Passenger of course)
Hub nuts are almost always standard thread yes, and STUPIDLY tight too.
Of course you can have a lap Mike
Just realised I cocked up the pics and repeated 2 of them
here's what was supposed to be the last pic:

Bloody Interesting that Adam!
The Munter looks considerably quicker than expected vs the Westy!
