Hi i think the shorter bottom bracket is for a fixed front sprocket and the 127.5 would be for a freewheel ? Someone correct me if i am wrong

The cams go inside and i would not bother with the chain tugs

The clamps are good,you will have no probs, i stripped a thread on one of the bolts and it held up fine with one bolt and one not so tight
