you dont want to go too cheap, because then you'll have to buy something you will have to spend money on, e.g to get it through an mot. corsa's are good lil cars and the 1.0 are economical and quicker than the 1.2's you could probably get a tidy one for 1000?

Don't be too slow either, because they don't like that either, i stalled twice on my test! but it all depends on the examiner whether you pass or fail on that. I was LUCKY

i've been riding bikes for years, it comes with riding, especially the shins thing. Recently bashed them abit more because of getting into trials and having no seat, so i can see where you're coming from Good pedals are a must, but you don't want them too grippy or else you won't be able to get off them when you want to! My old knackered dmr v8's are great, and ive never changed the studs.
