Edit Rubbing sorted, now i just have a huge screeching noise whilst riding along! Also to losen my tpa do i turn it left or right? I got some new brake pads the other day (Heatsink X-mas) and i have put them on correctly and made sure all the bolts are in the right place, but when i am cycling along my pads rub and my bike slows down, if my bike dosn't do that then it makes a huge screeching noise. Help please! Joe p.s i did use search and didnt find much.

For the rear brake HS33 is normally the one to have. Discs and V arn't quite good enough for some riders. For the front you could but a HS33 in a pair and save something like a tenner or so, or you could get a disc. Joe

Well basically thought it would be interesting to start a topic about annoying bike shops who never really do what you want! This is mine: I walked in to the bike shop about one week a go asking them to give me a quote for how much it would cost to fix my rear brake ( only a quote because i was looking around my area to look at different prices) well its been a week now and i have just recently phoned them up. Heres what they said: "Oh yes, we have fixed your bike, we're waiting for the manager to price it up now" Well they fixed it (Kind of good) but no quote (what i asked for). Turns out i got to pay £50 just for rear hydraulic brake and they have also decided to tighten the chain (didn't ask for that!) Oh well it's done now. Yeah, i like monty's alot. I wear knee and shin gaurds, They are sixsixone shin gaurds.
