can agree with stan here, ordered many BMX parts from them which never arrived. rung them countless amounts of times, they said something was being done, nothing ever happened. 2 months later we was off up to manchester, so we went to the shop in wigan, as soon as face to face confrontation got there they was more than happy to sort it out for me.

Had the bike on a prepstand, undid both bleed bolts, flushed it out. Had the lever vertical upwards, so the bleed hole was at the highest point. attatched syringe to slave, pushed fluid through let loads of it pour out the top bleed hole. Then stopepd pushing, put the bleedbolt on. took syringe bit off. put bleed bolt in..

Just bled my echo TR with water and anti freeze, coming from an oil bleed. I flushed the system out by just running water through it 3 times, but now the brake it really really spongey, it has grip, like the pads will hit the rim but not enough to hold me for long enough.. could possibly be using my bleed kit wrong, i don't think its leaking anywhere either.. Right, tighten up your starnut and compression etc. then look in the slit on the stem (what makes it clamp onto the forks) and see how high the forks are, if they're to the top of the stem then you need to add a spcer underneath or cut your steerer down.

Thanks for all your replies! When i first recieved the brake it felt lovely, but after a few rides the tpa has to be screwed in more and more each time, it can't be a leak though because its too little of a loss of oil. Well I think I might try water bleed it tommorow and if not go to hellfrauds and buy a pot of mineral oil and give it a decent bleed as the factory bleed is utter shit.

would it not contaminate it, or lose compression or anything silly like that,..,

is it possible too take the oil out of the brake.. store it somewhere, then bleed it with water, see if it does leak. if it doesnt leave it in then if not put the oil back in.. or is this also known as being a moron..?
