Not saying anyones wrong, just going to post my experience with them: Have ordered, 2 Rims Bashguard Brake Pads All of which arrived the next day, pristine condition, well packaged. Nothing wrong at all. However I have noticed lately everything is stupid;ly cheap so whether hes trying to re build his reputation and there has been a few problems in the past is possible Ollied

Ollied EDIT: While you're at it you may as well give it a full re grease, in case you want a loud cassette in which you should stretch your springs
