yeah they give drive, just when i kick hard or even pedal hard its like there is nothing there, but when i pedal light like very light its fine, just it skips hard, but not like a skip then catch, i dunno hard to explain, have to show you. But i am trying to contact my dealer, and see if he will send it and then send me a new one or w.e. make something happen, Thanks for all the help boys, great knowledge you got, Joey

so i took it apart, and there was like shards of metal from one of the prawl springs were totally destroyed, like shattered. so is this under warranty or what do you think? still clicks when i spin it backwards.. and still no grinding.

hi, My hope pro ii hub the most recent one, is now f**ked. When i pedal forwards it goes forwards and bike stands still. Like when i ride backwards my cranks can stand neutral, so it doesn't catch. Now i need this fixed asap, so what do you recommend i do, please help me! Joey vajda
