  3. hey, i went out for a ride this aft and something didn't feel right on the front end. i checked the brakes and they were fine, then the clamps and realized that the bottom left side screw was loose and wouldn't tighten again, i pulled the screw out and it had most of the alu from inside the hole around the end of it, SHAG!. i have read the pages on helicoiling frames. can i do it with my echo forks? what size is the normal maggie bolt size? I'm not to sure about all the m6 and m5 sizing's and what there equivalent is in mm. (is there a link to the "how to helicoil page"? i cant find it, and maybe one to the "how too" page.) thanks allot lad's and ladies.

    Gash!

the weather report for London and the south is showing rain for the next 6-7 days. whats up with that? do you think the bad weathers due to global warming & fat people who contribute to it by driving half a'mile to there local news agents to get cigarettes coke, and blocks of lard for there breakfast? have you witnessed any shear laziness lately thats really pissed you off, and made you think to your self..... "why don't you just walk or ride you lazy f**k?" (i feel better now i have that of my chest, thanks)

I'm not going to ask for much this year, maybe a bike for every day of the week, an ipod and a hooker. I'm 22, i don't really have allot to look forward to any more at crimbo or birthdays apart from cake, i wish i could share your enthusiasm.
