I've got them on a light grind and they aren't too good. They work well but there is no bite just buckets of hold. Harsh grind would be best for them.

No, But one bolt is fine, the other isn't. I'm thinking its the bolt is in too tight and its causing the thred insert to turn instead of the bolt coming out of the thread.
