  1. T-pro's should really be called T-snaps , i would avoid them although a very nice bike to learn on , but you can pick up a brand new zona zip frame which are apparantley pretty strong and look fairly close to a zoo pyhton for around 160 quid.
  2. If you do Decide to get stickers , then just get a picture or some artwork of the zona logos , take it to a sign/sticker company tell them the dimensions and they should be able to do it. I had my onza ones done when i sprayed my bike and you wouldnt be able to tell the difference between them and the official onza ones. piece of piss to put on aswell. Thats mine, i sprayed lacquer over them after aswell to give it a shine and to stop the stickers from peeling back. Ian.
  3. Try spraying brake or clutch cleaner on the bars and/or inside of the grips, its designed to evaporate leaving no oil or residue. I race motorbikes aswell and do this on my racebike grips to - havent slipped once. Works a treat.
  4. Never tried it , or thought about trying it to be honest , i dont see a problem with just using magura blood. Although the flora vegetable oil is still circulating in my front brake :L i cant be arsed changing it.
  5. I've used vegetable oil for a while because i didn't have any mineral brake fluid. works quite well actually
  6. I don't use a freehub, but judging by some of the remarks i've heard about the new viz extreme freehub it could be worth a look. Quality might not be as good as the hope pro II but the 120 engagement points might grab your attention! have a look ...on here
  7. Its exactly the same , if you look at the first step you'll see you have to put a spoke in once every four holes , and the difference between 32 holes and 36 is 4 , however if you go on this , which is what i used to learn from , you should find everything a bit easier to understand.
  8. how come ? im using them at the moment and have no problem riding in the wet with them.
  9. dont usually like stock bikes but thats rather nice i like the chrome youvwe got mixed in there aswell , nice bike
  10. id say for a smooth rim , rockman green pads , work really well in the dry and quite well in the wet too. also for a grind try the plazmatic Crm's good bite and strong hold ...... excellent noise to !
  11. cool you got a picture of it ?
  12. yep would have to agree there , i swapped my onza forks (1397g) for a set of echo sl forks for £80 (588g) noticable difference whatever your doing , and if your prepared to throw a bit o' money at it , i would recomend some monty 221 cranks (£80 and very light ) and some magnesium pedals which quite a few brands are selling for around 45 pounds.
  13. dont think they are cool , what onza you got ?
  14. just another pic i had on the camera
  15. definately hebo gloves , comfy and allows you to feel the bars/brakes well
  16. yehh supose it would be nice to have a more desirable frame but i just didnt have the money when i bought the bike , but it rides nice and the echo forks are almost a whole kilo lighter than my old onza fall guy forks , its made the bike so much more flicky now.
  17. thanks everyone for the comments now the bikes sorted all i have to do now is to learn how to ride the damn thing :L
  18. ermm quite a few things , people that ride in front of you when your trying to do something , old people that tell you to " get off that grass " etc , people who say "wow hes got a monty" even if you have a huge onza sticker down the side of the bike , and older people that say , put some wd40 on your brakes because theyre squeaking and its annoying :L
  19. with a brush and some acrylic based paint , my neighbour does car body repairs and put 8 coats of laquer over it for me
  20. thanks mate , should be nice the amount of money and time thats gone on it :L i was bikeless for 4weeks while i got it welded and sprayed it
  21. i dented the frame badly but i got it welded and reinforced , it was charred so i decided to spray it. also bought a load 'a new parts for it aswell . spec. t mag 05 frame 08 echo sl forks onza bars and stem monty 221 taper cranks trialtech magnesium pedals monty 221 72ep freewheel front monty 221ti rim / hope pro II hub v!z complete rear wheel magura louise front brake hs33 rear with rockman green pads down to 10kg overall from 11.8
