  1. New Bits To Ride At Barrow Farm

    Hi

    The Essex Trials and Jump Centre Opens on the 1st Agust There will be when complet, six trials areas ( Rock,Logs, Balance beams, Tanks and Pipes, Beginers And Street).+ any thing I can get my hand on.

    Also we will have three Dirt Jump runs and an open bowl.

    A bikes hut for refreshments, First aid and Bikes Hire (Jump and Trials )

    All riders will have to complet a new riders form the first time they ride this will be on the web site from Monday to download

    If you are under 18 you will need to get Parent/Guardian to sign as well.

    The Prices and times are as follows

    To start with we will be open

    (9am til 1pm or 1pm til 5pm) Saturday-Sunday Session Fee £4.00 Whole Day Fee £7.00 (9am til 5pm)

    Membership Fee £50.00 (Pay an annual fee to ride all sessions, all year, with no further payments needed)

    EBTC Members 50% Discount

    Groups and party rides comtact me with the time you would like to come.

    Hi All

    Can you fit a two bolt brake booster to a 4 bolt mount set up as I have a couple of 2 bolt boosters.??

    They are the magura v brake type boosters.

    Iv got a 2 bolt v booster on my other 20" trials bike it works fine.

    If you plan on riding natural I'd suggest changing to something like echo lite's.

    Nice bike though, but wrong section.

    I ride both street and natural I'm just getting back in to trials had to take some time off due to doctor orders but ok now.

    I don't get to ride much natural i was in skegness the other weekend on the rocks thats where took the pictures.

    I think its about time that the Olympic games finally recognizes bike trial as an Olympic sport!!

    Apart from the stem being echo and the frame looks like an onza t mag i think that is what a lad I'm teaching has i don't know but i do like the look of it id just change the pedals to dmr v8 myself but it does look nice.

    The first bike i started to do trials on was a muddyfox 26" it was a 20" frame to and cost my brother £ 3500 my first trials bike was a Monty X hydra.

    Iv had so far five 26" trials bikes and six 20" trials bikes and still going.

    An old friend of mine had a problem like this with his feet he just got some thick socks like the winter one's or cut up an old pear and use the ankle parts off both as padding other than that its back to 661 or other company's that make them i think.

    Is it the Old style lever blade because i know how to fix it if it is.

    Just had another look at picture looks like it is, just get a bottle rack bolt and replace it, it works fine iv got one in mine cut a slot in the head end it helps.

    Put about 35 Psi in both then let a bit out till it feels right that's best for you to do.

    I ride with 30 - 35 it front and 35 - 40 in the back that works for me.
