First you need to take the wheel of the bike. Then undo the lock ring screw it off then keep it in a safe place then twist the cog side and pull out the axel. then get a old tooth brush and rub the splines inside and out there is the full servise but you need a chris king tool to do this so this is ok. then oil the splines and do it a couple of times so that the black oil is gone i used 3d 40 ali at tarty said it would be ok or u could just use eny thin lube. So then you have to but the axel back in to the hub shell twist it in and when the other side come through tighten up the lock ring and put the wheel back on and thats it.
