  1. Yeah im aware of this but im sure he can remember if the brakes worked well or not.
  2. What were the jetset rims like on this bike ? they hold grinds well and also work well with brake pads ?
  3. I would say maybe loosen off the lever blade bolt a wee bit and also take the piston out and put some grease in between the two o-rings on the piston. Good luck!

  5. Stole my contraption there like brad !
  6. You guys can blame the song choice on me :/ This was just just a quick edit i put together
  7. I thought you would of found them by now baxter who ever it was !
  8. I will just leave it how i have put it then , thanks for the replies!
  9. Thats the way i have put them in, but i was thinking that if i put them one short then one long, 3 engage at a time and it will be offset so it will be all the long engaging then all the shorts :/
  10. Hi, i have a spare ENO Trials freewheel that i decided i would take apart and service and i was just wondering if anyone knows what order the pawls go in because there are 3 long ones and 3 short ones and i didn't check how they were before i went and pulled them suckers out of there . Thanks, Brad.
  11. Forgot about the, Try-All sticky tyre HS11 kmc610hx TNN clamps TNN LGM refills Onza offset sprocket
  12. Echo lite frame, Trailtech forks, Hope mini, echo sl headset.
  13. There is a little spacer that goes in between the freehub body and the inner bearing of the hub shell that you will more than likely of missed out if its stiff when you pedal but not when the wheel spins, i made the same mistake. This video should clear things up if so.....
  14. I used to be decent at them but all of a sudden i'm rubbish !
  15. I'm not using a flapper disk I think i will try using a metal cutting disk and clean it every 1/4 of the wheel and if that doesn't work i will try a diamond cutting disk.
  16. Tried that as well :/ What type of grinding discs are you guys using ?
  17. Right, every time i try to grind my rim i always get the same result, a rough but very dull rim. I have tried changing the angle and pressure that i am grinding at and also tried using brand new grinding disks but nothing seems to be working. I was just wondering if anyone could help me out on getting a nice medium grind if possible, im running an echo urban rim (rear) just in case anyone wants to know. Thanks, Brad.
  18. Thanks guys, i will just do some researching and just have a go at it, doesn't matter if a break it anyway
  19. Cant remember how by any chance can you?
  20. I got told a while back that it is possible to be able to get a pro 2 trials to fit a mod with some work to the hub. I now have an old hub so i thought it would be worth a try instead of letting it sit in the shed collecting dust, just wondering if anyone has done this and how, or if anyone has any diagrams or anything that would be even better Cheers.
  21. I would always recommend TNN pads, either the LGM or the Belaeys, but if your on a bit more of a budget the rockman blue pads are really good for the price in my opinion.
  22. I would say get some new pads such as TNN LGM's, although most pads on tartys would be better than the standard maggy blacks http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/hs33_brake_pads/c4.html Also i would recommend grinding your rim to roughen it up to help the brake pads hold on the rim http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/media/guides/maintenance_rim_grinding/m2.html
  23. Thanks guys ! I just said master cylinder because i found a bike shop online and they were calling the m6/m8 the master cylinder and the m6/m6 the slave cylinder but they only have the m6/m8 ones in stock and they are the older 2005 versions and there going for £15 each so if im changing one i might as well change the other and have a fresh new set.
  24. I was just wondering if anyone on here has used 2 master cylinders on their HS33 before instead of 1 master and 1 slave. Reason being that my slave cylinder is completely dead and i only have a spare master but to make it work i would need to use the shroud nut fittings as the crossover connections and i was just wondering if it would matter and affect performance and if anyone has been successful with this before? Thanks.
