  1. Hi am thinking about getting some new forks for my Onza Zoot. any recommendations? obviously the bikes a 24". will be running disc on the front end. thanks adam
  2. If i get a shop to do it for me what do i need to take to them. Just my forks?
  3. Anybody had any experience facing their brake mounts for disc brakes? How did you go about doing it, or should I get it done in a bike shop? Thanks Adam
  4. Just bought some Monty 221 ti's second hand. Although I'm not a very experienced rider I definatley rate these bars. Light, comfortable what more could you ask. Length is fine. I'm quite broad shouldered and have no problems here.
  5. Probably going all white now, didn't manage to get the parts i wanted second hand so have gone with monty 211ti bars (white) and a resystem stem (white) instead. I'll put up pics and spec sheet when she's with be and as I want her. Was thinking lime green frame with the white forks, bars, stem but my bash ring is orange/gold and I can't get it off my cranks! 9. I'll be getting my first trials bike in a couple of days and was wondering where in Birmingham is good for trials? Guantanamo
  10. No I didn't mate. The .... quit his ebay account as soon as he had my cash.
  11. It's probably worth going second had. You'll get a better bike for your money and will be less likely to have a heart attack every time you scratch it. Watch out on ebay though. I bought a supposedly mint but dirty bike of there and the rear triangle was bent so far to the left that unless you put the wheel in at an angle it would rub. The same bike had a cracked wheel and nearly all the bearings where shattered! Saying that, don't let it put you off. 99percent of ebayers are honest.
  12. Just that i'm buying it second hand and want to make sure it's working to it's full potential. Also the bloke I'm buying it off has put in a different grade oil.
  13. Thanks for that, was thinking somewhere along those lines. Cheers Adam
  14. Is there no way of getting it all out? I like to know everything is as it should be. Thanks
  15. How do I go about flushing out my brake lines? I'm going to replace all seals etc in lever and caliper, but currently have dot 4 in the lines. How do i flush this out completely then replace with dot 5.1? Thanks Guantanamo
  16. I've been told! Nice one thanks for that Marvin. What about hs33s?
  17. Is it possible to bleed hope disc brakes with water? Any body had any experience or is it not a good idea? Does it make them leak? Thanks Guantanamo
  18. Soundslike an idea, but wouldn't it leave you with sticky grips?!?
  19. Tesco sell value range hairspray for next to nothing.
  20. They sell it in art shops, quite expensive though. Like Mr Ailsbury says, hairspray does the same job though I've never tried. Just make sure you wipe off any excess once you've slid the grips on. G Spray mount? It's spray on glue.
