Just by chance do you know what size the bolts are on the top cap is? Tried 2mm, 2.5mm and 5/64th allan keys and none seem to fit.

Thanks for that Ali. And just to clear it up. I dont have a bleed kit was just going to use a old maggy hose to keep the oil away from the caliper(sp)

Is it as simple as attaching a hose to the bleed nipple. Loosing it a wee bit and pouring in the fluid in the resvour till there is bubbles popping up? Never had to bleed a hope before.

Its sorted now. Put a tapper on the end of the cups using the bench grinder and used a 27mm socket, old grinding disk and a vice. Went in a dream.

I dont quiet know wat you mean. I cant get the cups in there in the first place. Was thinking of maybe heating it up to try and expand it enough to pop them in. But then thats the entire paint job f**ked. Which you dont really want to be doing to a brand new frame. Will edit my first post to try some more detail.

Took me 5 weeks to get it. Its going no where.

Got my Marino frame the other day. Was away for the weekend so couldn't put it together. Went to put the head set in the now and the headtube is an oval. There is about a 1mm at the top and about 2 mm at the bottem that it is out by. It is pushed in by the same amount at the sides so the cups dont fit in. Was planning on filling the cups down to try and get them in. But there is not a lot of material to lose from anywere so has anyone ever head this problem before?

Would say a bigger disk is needed. Give tarty a phone in the morning.

For back wheel control mark out a square on the ground using tape. Go on the back wheel and hop into the square and try to stay in it as long as you can. Make it smaller as you get better. And for 2 wheel try and ride along a curb as far as you you can.
