Ahh, good to see more people getting onzas. Very reliable, cheap and ride nicly. Good luck with it, only I reccomend you get new bars, stem and forks for it.
You want to be sponcered, yet you or your brother cant keep a frame for too minutes! Well done on having the ice for a month without getting a spec of dust on it and 'needing' a new frame.

Have you crossthreaded it? If not and it is all straight, carefully and without much pressure at all slow/slightly pedal. See if it threads on anymore.
FFS, Lee@tnnengineering did a topic on this about tires. Didn't rip the f**k out of him. All I was doing was jst stating how it made my riding alot better and hot my bike has lost just about 700 or so grams. Grow up!
