  1. I'm getting the sticky lites. Saving up for them now along with some other bits. My front tyre is bald, and rear is on the verge.
  2. The more I look at it, the slightly more I like it. Not too sure on it though...
  3. EDIT: When I pull in my brake, it varies. One time it will pull in about half way, then when you pump it, it will barely need to be pulled in. I have the reach and bite set to max, but sometimes it pulls in about half way. The only reason I think it does this is because I got a puncture at a comp and sorted it out quickly, and didn't align my wheel correctly. Then when I got home I re-aligned it again. So I think that played around with it a bit. If that makes sense. It's a brand new brake, so it doesn't need bleeding. Why is this? Cheers, Danny.
  4. Try-All 108.9 - http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/complete_freewheels/tryall_1089/c16p2035.html
  5. Buying the Echo SL freewheel on Friday when I got paid.
  6. I would mate you have a real decent build! Ye, was slippery by the end.
  7. Oooh your the one on the new echo? Love your bike dude! XD Really fun trial, thanks to everyone that set out and observed today. Sections were good fun, got a vit slippery on the cotton reels and logs at the end but thats all part of it See you lot at the next one!
  8. Same as me mate. I need to buy a spare. That is the only problem, to be honest your frame will hit it before your rotor will, depending on what angle you hit at. I need to buy a spare rotor.
  9. Onza Sealed disc hub. It has to be an onza hub, otherwise you have to pull the frame out to get it on, like I had to do with my try-all one. Cheers mate! xD
  10. Yeah, my pads aren't even bed in yet and they have slipped once! And that's in two days.
  11. Aha, I duno :/ I was in such a rush to ride! Just been riding in my garden for the last hour or two, and the pads still need bedding in slightly, but the performance is blady fantastic! I can go up to rear without having to worry about my hs33s slipping! Love them so much, can't wait for them to bed in properly, because that means they will be even better xD
  12. Magura Louise. Going to get a Hope Tech Trial for the front too, but not yet, only when I actually need to.
  13. Recently snapped my rear axle during a ride. I have wanted to go Dual Disc for a long, long time, so it was quite ironic for my axle to snap. Also ridden two of my friends bikes with dual disc and loved it so much, that I rode their bikes for the rest of the day! Anyway, I got my new rear disc hub, some black spokes and a Hope Tech Trial rear disc brake. Thanks to Tartybikes for their amazing service and delivering everything next day Obviously the pads still need bedding in, only rode it for probably about two hours today as I only got my wheels back from being built about 3pm. Ohh, almost forgot, I also got some TrialTech grips - Best grips I have used! So here it is, both rims used to have silver spokes, now have black spokes. The rear now has the Hope Tech Trial disc brake I got my bike to stand up on its own Thanks for reading
  14. I feel like having a go on a 24" and 26", because I've never ridden one. Always going to stick to 20" though
  15. You riding both 20" and 24" or you converting?
  16. too late. I already to it to my local bike shop.
  17. Can't do it, chain snapped several times. Pissing me off so darn much, just going to take it to ma local bike shop in the morning. *Sigh*
  18. Damn, that's truly amazing!!! Some real artistic skills there.
  19. Yeah guna try it when my dad gets home. Got a really weak bmx chain though, that has snapped 4 times whilst trying to it! Haven't got a stronger spare one Turn the wheel anti-clockwise right?
  20. How much would it normally cost for someone to take it off for you? Roughly?!?
  21. Hi, Got a vice bolted to a bench, got a chain wrapped round the sprocket and the trailing ends tight in the vice. Spinning it anti-clockwise, jolting it too, and it just wont budge! Followed the Tartybikes tutorial exactly. The blady thing just wont come off, any tips? Cheers, Danny.
