Hey, Ever since the christmas break with snow and me being ill for 2months i couldn't ride. So all in all didn't ride for about 3 months and recently been going on my bike when I can, which is not a lot due to the typical english weather.
Basically, I've totally lost it. Can't do anything as big, confidence gone a bit too. Although I have been practicing hard and it is all coming back to me now, which is good.
The one thing that isn't coming back is my damn balance. Mainly when I sidehop I just can't balance on the back wheel anymore, even when I'm two wheels on the floor preparing to go on rear wheel for sidehop I constantly move about. It's starting to do my head in, so basically what is the best way to get my balance back?
Any sort of routine I will try, as long as I get my blady balance back.
